In Namibia we are also a major shareholder in the SPV who has the exclusive rights to develop, build and own the associated LNG infrastructure, in Walvis Bay port Namibia. The LNG infrastructure will include the FSU, regasification facility and a 12.7km gas pipeline from the port to the Nathaniel Maxuilili Power Plant site. The WGP, will have excess capacity to serve other off-takers such as mines, captive power plants and industrial users.
